How long will goods take to arrive?
We send out all orders by the next day if we have the items in stock. If items you have ordered are out of stock your credit card will not be debited while we contact you to warn you and inform you of the expected delivery date. VAT and delivery charges are inclusive for orders to the UK. £5 delivery charge for orders under £100. For orders from the Channel Island call or e-mail for price quote.

Can I have something specially made?
Victoria will be pleased to discuss your individual requirements. VFJ has specialist designers and is able to offer a personal service to create individual pieces of jewellery.
